I adore Michael Mayer's remix of Baxendale's "I Built This City". The original is almost painfully retro, and although that doesn't make the track any less glorious (glorious in the way only painfully retro tracks can) it still pales in comparison to Mayer's moody, minimal, melodramatic remix that explodes in the most satisfying disco bit with the ( Read more... )
